Very unusual blend but surprisingly good. I had it two nights in a row and both times it tasted like velvety dark chocolate, with some complex notes of dried berries and herbs. Made by a small family winery, and it tastes like it was made with love.

A bit overripe and non descript. Raspberry/cherry/plum sauce, wet wool, bitter chocolate. Lowered rating next day, tasted like prune juice.

Some fruit and hints of tobacco, but a harsh finish. I tried decanting twice on consecutive days, but it did not help. Neither my wife or I found the wine to be worth finishing on either day.

I wanted to like it more. An exciting blend, but just misses the mark.

Very fruity. More dryness/bite than I was expecting but very, very good. Drank most of it with Dan K. Letting it breathe/decant made a big difference.

Pretty rough on the finish: really wanted to like this wine as it is inky dark dense with ripe fruit but didn’t open til second day and ended up being fairly one dimensional fruit focused w/unbalanced acidity & tannins
