️ Montalcino, Toscana, Italy ✔️ 산지오베제 100% ✔️ 우아한 루비 컬러 ✔️ 시작부터 굉장히 복합적인 향의 레이어가 느껴짐 ✔️ 잔 주위로 풍부하게 퍼지는 체리•블랙베리•레드베리 향 ✔️ 오픈하자마자 얼씨한 미네랄리티가 바로 느껴지고, 풍부한 오크•가죽 향도 좋았음 ✔️ 1시간 병 브리딩 한 후에 마셨는데도 1.5시간까지 덜 풀린 타닌이 이 사이에 꽤 남고, 산미도 덜 올라와서 더 열려야겠다 싶었음 ✔️ 2시간 후부터 타닌이 풀리면서 벨벳같은 질감이 느껴지고, 발사믹 피니쉬도 특히 매력적이었음 다음엔 마시기 두 시간 전에 오픈해야지

A lovely, smooth, well balanced wine with fruity black currant and raspberry notes. Very elegant with fine tannins and some leather notes as well. Paired nicely with Italian sausage, fennel and rigatoni.
