Finale bubbles from my favorite grower. Intense, complex and powerful. Apple tart tatin, tropical fruits, baked brioche, spices and a hint of caramel drizzle. Finishes with excellent length and focused acidity.

Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the disgorgement date but I know it is pre 2013. Aromas of baked apples , nuts and hints of oxidation. Robust acidity and complex flavors tease your tongue but somehow lacked the energy level I expect with this producer. Definitely more oxidative in the mouth then on the nose.
