Last sparkling wine tasted at Champagne Henri Giraud. Thank you Mèlissa for the tour and all the information on your winemaking process. Copperish orange pink. Crisp nose with notes of raspberries, melon and a touch of copper. Balanced acidity (6/10) on the palate with a medium to medium plus body. Layered with roses, strawberries, cinnamon and spices. Quite feminine just like the namesake, Lady Jane, and the label, the fertility goddess. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2021 for freshness. Made up of 70% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 6% red wine of Pinot Noir that was aged in terra-cotta and oak. Composed of juice from 2008 through 2012.

16/20 (88/100) В дегустации из чёрного бакала было бы невозможно сказать, что вино розовое, аромат у него как у белого: яблоко, лимонный сок, легкий тон лайма и сдобы. Высокая кислотность. Строгость во вкусе.
