The taste of the chocolate used in the roasting of the malt is apparent, and thoroughly delicious. Spice, dark chocolate, cherries, toffee, and a hint of wood balance out this rich, desserty whisky. As this is a blend of previous vintages there is no age statement, but its heat and alcoholic components make it taste at least 12-15 years old.
