Fettercairn 16yr. Has a decent amount of color on it and way more than the other two that were older. Light nail polish, banana for a bit and then the wood comes out. Nice palate. Little bit of heat which fades fast but the finish stays for a long time. I’m getting cocoa. It’s interesting.
