It’s viscous and waxy. Sour lemons, green apple, lime pulp w/ zest, apricots, kiwi, pineapple that leans into syrup, honeysuckle, butterscotch, saline, white spice, charging, bitty chalkiness, limestone marl, grey volcanics, yellow lilies, white flowers w/ greens, excellent acidity, nicely balanced, well toned, perfect elegance and polished finish that last minutes and long sets on spice and minerality.
