This bottle is a bit closed right now, but man you can feel the quality of the fruit and the winemaking here. Beautiful cherry and raspberry, with a bit of spice, pus the earth and some very nice concentration. After 2 hours fresh mushroom and vibrant cherry, will revisit tomorrow. Can’t wait to see what it will look like in 2028. Great wine.
