Quite perfumed & aromatic with sweet black currant, cassis, some cedar & pencil shavings. On the palate this shows luscious sweet fruit balanced by savoury, grippy, finely grained tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. Juicy, seductive, sexy, delicious. Reminds me a lot of the Bordeaux blends from the Maremma coast. This is slowly peaking, so drink up!
