Tasted this wine at the Château alongside the two other Latour wines. Absolutely approachable now after a two hour decant although the wine will reach its absolute peak in 10-30 years. Darker fruit compared with other Pauillac wine and the oak is definitely married with the wine rather than dominating it. I can’t wait for the release of its twin - the 2016!!

Wow. Definitely not closed down but a little tight. Remarkable depth and an an incredibly lasting finish. This is a beautiful wine.
