Rich, complex, expressive but still have much tension and needs time to mature - a bit to much power for now - a great vintage - the 2012 was more ready to drink

This one was most mature and open. Beautiful classic bordeaux nose and showing signs of aging. Still years ahead of it. Langoa Barton vertical tasting with the LB team.

Excellent. Great fruit long finish a solid wine. Quite delicious, indeed.

30+ minute decant. The most purple colored wine I’ve ever had. Wine is very young and has many years/decades left. Unique in that it is a mix of Bordeaux, Napa, Aussie Shiraz, and Spain all in one. Very deep wine with tons of fruit, even some rhubarb! Medium plus finish. Very enjoyable, but needs more age.

Classify under "did not suck". Especially in 2009, it does not have to hide behind its more muscular brother, the Leoville, but, in my opinion, outshines it.
