Vintage 2015 | deep dark colour, more red than brown rim, strict in smell: cedar, vanilla, flint, tertiary notes, while still fruity in taste, some tannins, so can still improve. A real classic: refined Margaux elegance. Paired with tenderloin steak Cantonese style with garlic and paksoi, one of my favorites to pair excellent wine with.

Vintage 2015 | popped and poured by bbq | Lovely! A point. Velvety structure, tobacco, vanilla, spicyness, but the structure wins you over for the wine. Love Margaux preciseness.

Vintage 2015 interesting to taste this young, way too young. Tannic, very serious taste, this is going to be a nice wine to enjoy with 6 or 7 years. It is rich. Margaux for the cellar. / after 24 h aeration: laurel, plums, pencil shaving recognisable in smell, taste still tannic / after 36 H with tenderloin paksoi and oystersauce it’s terrific, great balance and some chocolate tones, it’s a dinner and luncheonwine for sure

Wow, that is fantastic for the price. Nose is full of high-toned red berry fruit - cranberries, cherries, red floral aromas. A whif of cedar lingering. Palate is delicious with that same crunchy red fruit, cedar, soft but present tannins that coat the mouth and then melt away. Touch of earth on the finish. This is a wonderful Margaux for the Bordeaux lover who doesn’t want to wait.
