Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe red/black fruit and complex spice from this mostly Merlot Right Bank blend, aged in about 75% new oak. On the palate concentrated fruit flavors of black cherry and red plums with currants, tobacco, cacao and toasty oak, powerhouse blend with smooth ripe fine tannins, well balanced. Long finish ending with fruit, oak and earthy notes. Very well done!

Absolutely great Pomerol. Love it. 92% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Berries, dried flowers and spices. If only the entire region was like this.

Lovely second wine from Clinet, black fruit forward with graphite and vegetation following up to a pleasant finish. Drinking quite well now after a half hour open. My new favorite value in Pomerol.
