The 2022 Chianti Classico is a fine introduction to the Castellare range. Silky, aromatic and light on its feet, this is a wine of tremendous appeal. On the palate flavors of sour cherry, currant and raspberry with tobacco, baking spices and nutty notes. Fine rustic tannins, vivid acidity, medium finish ending with fruit and earthy spice. Good now and short-term age as well!
