Savory, herbal nose of lemon verbena, buttery / hazelnutty toast, and a perfectly balanced finish that's laser-focused, dry and savory with zero flab or overripe flavors. Not a fruity white at all, so it depends on mood, but for the style, it's really well done.

Seminal summer wine. For real. Almonds, apricot and crushed violet in the nose, complimented with minerals and round citrus in the mouth. I could subsist on the finish alone, but then the bottle would go bad. There's a reason Calera is my favorite domestic vintner.
