Michael Schamis
This is certainly richer than your average Oregon Pinot Noir. The nose comes off very muted with notes of red fruits and earth. The palate is full and rich with notes of red and black fruits along with tea, mushroom and wet earth. The finish is soft and long without any noticeable tannins. A perfect food red.
