This is a well made wine, but I have my complaints. I don't get all the high scores. It barely reminds me of Priorat. It tastes waaayyy too much like high end Mencia in it's lack of density and power that one associates with Priorat. Very smoky minerality, plum, blueberry, floral, dried herb. It's complex, but not what I like from Priorat.

2015. #priorat #primeurs 95% #garnacha 4% #cariñena 1% white variety. From the village of Gratallops. 22,000 bottles. I really enjoyed this new vintage. Dark chocolate and smoked ham nose with lily floral touch. Excellent balance.

Not what I was expecting from a Priorat. Very mild with subtle fruit and minimal nose. Not a forward flavor wine like other Priorat wines I have tried.
