A charming wine from a very good producer. Blend of Carignan, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Concentrated and bitterly herbaceous upon opening. Thyme and sage, cherries, hibiscus, licorice, and orange peel. Whew, a mouthful! Update: 4 hours later this wine is calm and harmonious. Listening to Mazzy Star
